In the depth of despair...

The need for more data servers grows as the integration of the internet develops into everyday products. Over the next 20 years the size needed for servers will also decrease. Even though something like a data server does not require to be in such a prime location of the city, as Google has already released images of their current servers over the world this public building is just an extension of that. Its also has a psychological effect on the city, the people after being in such a bad shape from the recession will not untimately open to new technologies taking over the city, as part of the Google introduction to Brisbane. To help ease this corporate sponsorship this building is to aid Google's public impression to the residents of Brisbane.
